Build Shorter Bridges
There’s been hype at Slashdot and observations from far more astute bloggers than this one about how we do in 3.0. Two things I keep hearing: aggregating; and more expert editing of open-source.
Brijit plays to both. Summarising articles from all sorts of publications in 100 words or less (the crucial style - short), a simple ratings system (easy scanability), aggregating with nous, presenting with editorial authority.
It’s also a chance for writers to get bread. They select the material they want precised. If you can do it with rigour and a seasoning of opinion, they’ll pay you for it. Work well to deadline, get more commissions.
Even a hack like me could make a buck. It’s just getting several bucks.
